What a hilariously entertaining but engrossing read this was! Grisham with millennial vibes! Following the story of Alice and Don, we realize they get more than what they bargained for when they decide to help the wife of a recently murdered famous divorce attorney. Their chemistry is laughably quirky, banter - great, and conversations - super fun! The book never has one dull moment, and the plot is tightly woven, and Hoopes does not lose a single thread in the story. The characters are all delightful to read with all their flaws. I had a great time reading this, and would totally recommend this read. My thanks to Hoopes and VR for gifting me with a copy of this book.
