What seems ruffle-less and steady in Georgia's life takes a stormy turn when her teen daughter Laura insists on knowing the truth about Georgia's biological dad. Left with no choice but to face her inner demons, Georgia needs to tackle painful truths. Set in the premise of hurricane Katrina, the book explores a myriad of themes such as mental health, familial responsibilities, emotional tie-downs, and so on. I loved reading this engaging drama, and I am grateful to Ogden, and the publishers Sea Dragon Press, for gifting me with a copy of this book.
